    • Gold: $349/month or $3,490/year.
    • Platinum: $699/month or $6,990/year.
    • Elite: $999/month or $9,999/year.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice or liability.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access certain features, you must register an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized use at info@livepropfirmtrading.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraud, at our sole discretion.

Payment and Subscriptions

  • Fees: Subscription fees are as listed above, payable in advance via our payment processor. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Renewals: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date via your account settings or by emailing info@livepropfirmtrading.com.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel anytime, but no prorated refunds are issued for the current billing period.
  • Failed Payments: If payment fails, we may suspend access until resolved.

Affiliate Program and Partnerships

  • Our Affiliate Partnerships: We earn commissions from prop firms and trading tools when you use our affiliate links, at no extra cost to you. Your engagement with these partners is at your own risk.
  • Our Affiliate Program: You may join our affiliate program to promote our bot and plans, earning commissions as determined solely by us. Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or agents, and must:
    • Comply with all laws.
    • Not misrepresent our services or make unapproved earnings claims.
    • Indemnify us against losses from their actions. We reserve the right to terminate affiliate status or withhold commissions for violations, at our discretion.

License and Restrictions

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our trading bot and Website content for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not:

    • Copy, modify, or distribute our bot, code, or content.
    • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack our bot or Website.
    • Use our services for illegal purposes or to harm others.
    • Share access with third parties without our consent.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and our social platforms, including the trading bot, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Live Prop Firm Trading or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Unauthorized use may violate these laws and these Terms.

Disclaimers
