If you followed the LPFT method exactly for your 90 days and didn't reach your milestone, this is where you make it right. One form, a few documents, and a written answer within 14 days. Before you start, have your trade records ready — that's the whole case.

Reminder: your claim window is the 7 days after your 90-day period ends. Check the terms if you're not sure of your dates.
