The agreement between you and LPFT when you use our website, bots, and community. Plain-language where we can manage it — it's still a legal agreement, so please read it.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of livepropfirmtrading.com, the LPFT bots, the LPFT Discord community, and any related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Live Prop Firm Trading ("LPFT," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
LPFT provides software and educational tools for futures trading: rules-based TradingView indicators/strategies ("bots"), automated order routing to your own broker or prop-firm account through third-party platforms, a published trading method (the Playbook), and a member community.
LPFT is not: a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or financial planner. We do not manage your account, hold your funds, place discretionary trades for you, or provide personalized investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on this Service is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, futures contract, or other instrument. You alone decide whether and how to trade.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally able to enter into this agreement to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at info@livepropfirmtrading.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Eligible subscriptions include the 90-Day System Discipline Guarantee described in full at livepropfirmtrading.com/guarantee. That page's terms are part of this agreement by reference. The guarantee refunds subscription fees only, under the conditions published there — it is not a promise of trading profits and does not cover trading losses.
Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the LPFT bots, Playbook materials, and Discord access for your own trading. You may not:
Shared or resold access also voids eligibility for the 90-Day Guarantee.
The Service works together with third-party platforms we don't own or control — including TradingView, TradersPost, Tradovate, prop-firm evaluation providers, Stripe, and Discord. Your use of each of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and you're responsible for complying with them (including any restrictions a prop firm places on automated trading — many firms restrict or forbid bots, so check first). We're not responsible for the availability, performance, fees, or conduct of any third-party platform, or for any losses arising from outages, execution errors, or policy changes on their end.
Don't use the Service to violate any law or third-party platform's terms, to harass other members, to misrepresent your affiliation with LPFT, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other members' accounts. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section without refund, subject to any rights the 90-Day Guarantee separately provides.
The LPFT name, logo, bots, scripts, Playbook, and all site content are owned by LPFT or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription gives you a license to use them as described above — it doesn't transfer ownership.
Risk of loss. Trading futures and other leveraged derivatives involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose some or all of the capital you trade with. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. See our full Risk Disclosure.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE BOTS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PROFITABLE. PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LPFT and its owners, officers, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, trading losses, or data, arising from your use of the Service — even if we've been advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid LPFT in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so some of them may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold LPFT harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your trading activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party platform's terms or applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, for fraud or abuse, or for non-payment. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) continue to apply after your account ends.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from or relating to them or the Service (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This applies to every subscriber regardless of the country you access the Service from — by creating an account or subscribing, you agree that Ontario law governs and that the courts located in Ontario, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that informal resolution doesn't settle, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
Before either party files a claim, we ask that you contact us first at info@livepropfirmtrading.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly and informally. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify active subscribers by email or an in-product notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the 90-Day Guarantee, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and LPFT regarding the Service.
