01What we collect

• Account & contact information: name, email address, and (for prop-firm subscribers) your track selection and TradingView username, collected at signup or checkout.
• Payment information: processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. LPFT does not receive or store your full card number — Stripe shares with us only what's needed to manage your subscription (e.g., plan, billing status, last 4 digits).
• Communications: emails you send us, Discord messages within our server, and guarantee-claim submissions (including trade records you choose to send us).
• Usage & technical data: basic site analytics (pages visited, general location by IP, device/browser type) collected automatically when you use the website.

We do not collect your broker, prop-firm, TradingView, or Tradovate login credentials — you connect those platforms directly with each other, not through us.

02How we use it

• To create and manage your account and subscription;
• To provide customer support and process guarantee claims;
• To send service emails (billing, product updates) and, if you opt in, marketing emails — you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time;
• To maintain security, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service;
• To understand aggregate site usage so we can improve the Service.

03Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who process it on our behalf under their own confidentiality and security obligations — currently Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email/document storage), and Discord (community hosting);
• Legal & safety — if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of LPFT or others;
• A business transfer — if LPFT is ever acquired or merged, your information may transfer as part of that deal, under the same protections described here.

04Cookies & similar technology

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) to keep the site functioning correctly and to understand how it's used. This can include basic analytics cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect some site functionality but won't affect your subscription or bot access, which don't depend on website cookies.

05How long we keep it

We keep account and billing information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations, and to resolve any disputes or guarantee claims. You can ask us to delete information we're not legally required to keep — see your rights below.

06Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email info@livepropfirmtrading.com — we'll respond within a reasonable time and verify your identity before making changes.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email. Service emails (billing, security, guarantee correspondence) aren't optional while your subscription is active, since they're necessary to run the Service.

07Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including relying on providers (Stripe, Google, Discord) with their own strong security programs for the data they process. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

08Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

09International users

LPFT operates from Canada, and your information may be processed there or in other countries where our service providers operate (including the United States). By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in a country with different data-protection laws than your own.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "last updated" date; if changes are significant, we'll also notify active subscribers by email.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, consistent with our Terms of Service. Where a jurisdiction you reside in provides additional privacy rights (for example, GDPR in the EU/UK or CCPA/CPRA in California), we honor those rights for the personal information they cover, in addition to the rights described above — contact us and specify your jurisdiction so we can apply the correct process.
